Like a birthing waiting to happen... The person is not sure what is happening, but knows that there is somthing big going on.  That which will be birthed is already sending shock waves into the spirit realm and the shock waves are causeing a fracture.  Seems that the fracture is in the spirit realm or "the Heavens" and on the Earth.
